Who knew I'd use the part of my degree I didn't even like?

I don't know how to juggle, but my life is nothing but juggling. I work three jobs, an internship, am trying to lose weight, and I'm in the process of moving out. Yes, I am a very tired person.

But my third, and probably, well, definitely my most satisfying job is with Faith in Action. Now, I'm not a religious person, and Faith in Action is...well...it's in the title. But this non-profit is simply an amazing group of people that are just being good people. They focus on keeping local senior independent by driving them to doctors appointments, shopping trips, just out to eat with their friends, hair salons, you name it.

I've experienced first-hand the smiles that the volunteers put on these senior's faces, and it is inspiring to say the least. It's an honor to work with them and help them out any way I can.

Their biggest goal at the moment is get more volunteers involved. So I developed a social media and community outreach plan to help get the existence of Faith in Action known. So watch out for more posts on Faith in Action's Facebook page and check out their brand new Instagram! I'm pushing them into the future.

Super excited about all of this. I never thought managing someone's social media accounts and planning how to interact with users and the community would be so much fun.
