Updates

If you're new to the website and me in general, hello. I'm Brianna. And I am just very excited in general. School-wise, Career-wise, Life-wise -- every aspect of my life has exciting happenings coming up.

One semester of SIUE is left before I will be done with school forever. While I am a firm believer in teaching yourself what you want or need to know, I have a lot to thank Southern Illinois University Edwardsville for. Yes, they took a lot of money from me. But the classes I've taken at SIUE have propelled me forward so far, provided me with so many opportunities, and opened connections for me around the community.

I currently am juggling three jobs -- two of which are career related, which is awesome. For The City of Edwardsville I really just go out and record various events (concerts and meetings) around the town and let the editor take care of the rest. For Faith in Action, a non-profit that drives seniors to appointments that they can't drive to anymore, I take care of a lot of things. From video production, to social media management, website design, publications, I have my hands full, and I love it.

Along with my jobs and my last semester of college, I am working an internship here in Edwardsville as well! My first project with Carolyn Green Associates is to aid Green in writing the script for the 2019 America's Birthday Parade in St. Louis! I am very excited for this opportunity, and can't wait to see our script come to life on the 4th!
