A few months ago, I got really excited for my short film, Maurine. I was so proud of what my team and I accomplished, so I began submitting it to various competitions and festivals. One of those was the student Emmys.

While Maurine didn't win anything, it got an honorable mention for editing! I am so excited and am so happy with my team's efforts and look forward to making a winner in the future!
